🔧 One-Time Calendar Setup
Enable automatic calendar invites with Google Meet links
Why this is needed: Google requires Domain-Wide Delegation to allow service accounts to send calendar invites with attendees automatically.
1Enable Domain-Wide Delegation
- Go to Google Cloud Console → Service Accounts
- Find:
waiver-calendar-service@maxine1981600.iam.gserviceaccount.com - Click on it → Go to "Details" tab
- Scroll down to "Domain-Wide Delegation" section
- Click "Enable Domain-Wide Delegation"
- Product name:
WaiverConnect Calendar - Click "Save"
2Add Calendar Scopes
- Go to admin.google.com
- Security → Access and data control → API Controls
- Click "Manage Domain-Wide Delegation"
- Click "Add new"
- Client ID:
105197509202434058966(from your screenshot) - OAuth Scopes (copy-paste this):
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
- Click "Authorize"
3Test It
- Go back to Admin Dashboard
- Click "Sync Calendar" button
- All 13 appointments should get calendar events with Meet links
- Clients will receive calendar invites automatically
After this setup: Everything works automatically! New bookings will get calendar invites with Meet links sent to clients instantly.
